Terms & Conditions
Please read these carefully before booking. By paying a booking fee you agree to the terms below.
Bookings & Deposits
All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable booking fee. Your date is not secured until the booking fee has been paid. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date.
Trials
Bridal trials are strongly recommended and are charged separately. Trials are held at an agreed location and typically last 1.5–2 hours. Trial fees are payable on the day of the trial.
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event will forfeit the booking fee only. Cancellations within 60 days of the event date are charged at 50% of the total booking value; within 14 days, the full balance is payable. Date changes are accommodated subject to availability.
Travel & Mobile Service
As a fully mobile service, we travel to your home, venue or hotel. Travel within a 15-mile radius is included; beyond this, a mileage charge applies. Parking fees, congestion charges and tolls are chargeable to the client where applicable.
On the Day
Please ensure a clean, well-lit space with a table and chair is available. Timings are agreed in advance; delays caused by the client or party may reduce the services that can be completed within the booked time.
Health & Safety
Please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions or sensitivities before your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service where a client presents with a contagious skin or eye condition. Patch tests are available on request.
Photography
We may request permission to photograph our work for portfolio and social media use. Images will never be shared without your consent, and you may withdraw consent at any time.
Liability
While every care is taken, Rahemah Makeup Artist is not liable for reactions to products where allergies were not disclosed in advance. Our liability is limited to the total value of the booking.
